Remote Head of Enablement

Summary

Join Transmit Security as the Head of Global Enablement to develop and implement Sales readiness programs, collaborating with Field Sales and Sales enablement peers. This role requires a self-starter with extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies and sales training best practices.

Requirements

• Ten years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required
• Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
• Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment
• Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, delegate and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for Sales
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales enablement peers to understand gaps for their specific audiences and build a rapid readiness plan
• Manage cross functional collaboration between sales enablement and other organizations in the bus
• Development and measurement of key predictive performance metrics and indicators to drive accountability as well as areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience being successful at a hyper growth company
• Experience selling in Identity & Access Management, digital, app stack or in security space
