Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX research
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data
• Experience with user testing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, or others alike
• Experience communicating research to executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and translate ambiguous requirements into tangible outputs
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Self-starter/proactive mindset
• Proven track record of presenting actionable research insights that have influenced key business decisions

Responsibilities

• Work alongside designers, product managers, and engineers to deeply understand user needs and create seamless, user-centric experiences
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels and functions, influencing every stage of product development from ideation to execution
• Explore user behaviors and motivations through research methods such as interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and field observations
• Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest usability and performance standards
• Gather and analyze user feedback via methods like usability testing, field research, surveys, and data analysis to inform and prioritize design decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align research efforts with business goals and technical requirements
• Effectively communicate research findings through written reports, visualizations, and presentations to influence product direction and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters or PhD Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related fields
• Experience working in the identity industry
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Demonstrated track record in facilitating product workshops
