Summary
Join Incode, a leading digital identity company, as a Senior UX Researcher! Based in Mexico, Serbia, or Argentina, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products by conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of UX research experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX research
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data
- Experience with user testing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, or others alike
- Experience communicating research to executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and translate ambiguous requirements into tangible outputs
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Self-starter/proactive mindset
- Proven track record of presenting actionable research insights that have influenced key business decisions
Responsibilities
- Work alongside designers, product managers, and engineers to deeply understand user needs and create seamless, user-centric experiences
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels and functions, influencing every stage of product development from ideation to execution
- Explore user behaviors and motivations through research methods such as interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and field observations
- Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest usability and performance standards
- Gather and analyze user feedback via methods like usability testing, field research, surveys, and data analysis to inform and prioritize design decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align research efforts with business goals and technical requirements
- Effectively communicate research findings through written reports, visualizations, and presentations to influence product direction and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or PhD Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related fields
- Experience working in the identity industry
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Demonstrated track record in facilitating product workshops
