  • You have a track record of success in a Director-level role in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, or Field Sales

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating pipeline and sales opportunities for our B2B field marketing initiatives
  • Deliver quarterly end-to-end campaign plans for assigned regions that encompass strategy, messaging, segmentation, event plans, content plans, tactics, budget, performance KPIs, sales enablement, and rollout calendars
  • Represent marketing in regional sales meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions
  • Plan, build, and execute impactful field marketing campaigns across the sales cycle stages: lead generation, opportunity creation, deal movement, and deal closure
  • Manage and mentor a team of field marketing managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns, leveraging analytics and insights to refine strategies
  • In collaboration with the global campaign marketing team, develop and deliver training, sales enablement tools, and message maps for all campaigns
  • Oversee field marketing KPIs, including leads, MCLs, MQLs, pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV
