Summary
Join our team as a strategic growth marketing leader to oversee all aspects of patient marketing. You will develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining patients, unifying existing programs, and launching new initiatives to accelerate growth. A key focus will be user acquisition, collaborating closely with patient strategy and operations. You will manage a significant marketing budget, requiring a data-driven, ROI-focused approach. The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed leader with proven success in driving significant growth and building high-performing teams. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing
- 6+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding a team (team size of at least 10)
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across a variety of channels, including paid (primarily digital) and owned (email, SMS)
- Experience managing an annual marketing budget of at least $50M, with multiple channels exceeding $10M+ each
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Demonstrated success in driving significant growth with 50%+ YoY growth
- Track record of launching and scaling new marketing programs or channels
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
