Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on DTC audiences
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across various channels, including paid and owned channels
  • 6+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy to acquire and retain patients
  • Bring existing programs together and launch new ones under a holistic strategy
  • Work closely with patient strategy and operations and the patient product team to manage growth across the business
  • Deploy the right tactics to the right audiences at the right time in a scalable and evergreen way

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative as a self-starter
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
