Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Korean labor law and employee relations
- Comprehensive understanding of Korean labor regulations
- Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance systems
- Fluent in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools for managing HR processes
- Ability to lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and foster a positive work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Korean employment regulations
- Administer performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
- Lead HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management
