  • Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance systems
  • Fluent in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools for managing HR processes
  • Ability to lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and foster a positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Korean employment regulations
  • Administer performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
  • Lead HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management
