Remote HRIS and Benefits Specialist

Summary

Join Cambridge team as Human Resources Generalist and help confront today's most threatening obstacles! The HR Generalist will maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), administer benefits, process special leaves, and support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow experience specifically with the Benefits Dashboard, Performance Dashboard, Performance Goals and Compensation Dashboard and Learning Management modules
• Must have general experience with CostPoint, Deltek (Time & Expense and People)
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
• At least 3 years' experience as a human resources professional
• Have a general understanding of US labor laws especially ACA, FMLA, ADA, and USERRA
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Must be able to work autonomously and prioritize tasking

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Administer daily benefits
• Administer and track special leaves (FMLA, Disability, Military/Reservist, Jury Duty, Bereavement, Germany Sick Leave)
• Process status changes (promotion, merit increase, bonus, transfer, reclassification, etc.)
• Administer education/training reimbursements
• Be the main point-of-contact for employment verifications and external security investigations
