We’re looking for a talented Implementation Manager to join our growing Professional Services team!
What you’ll do:
- Working in lockstep with our Professional Services team (and many, many others), youâll own, manage and complete all aspects of the implementation of payments products for clients.
- Youâll develop a deep understanding of our customers across several verticals, sizes, ERPs, etc.; understand their business and their needs, and help them optimize their payments process, be at the forefront of their launch and drive adoption post-launch
- Youâll lead and facilitate discussions with their business and technical leadership teams, including C-suite (CFO, CTO) and related team members, getting a handle of their short and long term needs and matching that through the implementation
- To do that, youâll develop and leverage your deep expertise in our products and services, specifically payments, and complete all product configuration activity needed for a successful launch. So youâll be technically fluent enough to integrate payments with their systems (some are straightforward but it can get complex).
- Youâll interface with customers and deliver user payments training, whether thatâs over the phone or over video, to ensure an effective market roll out.
- Youâll help to validate our best practices as youâre embedded in these launches, and helping to establish others. So knowledge sharing across your team and creating a deep feedback loop to help us refine and improve launches (and help us innovate)
- And youâll work cross functionally to lay the groundwork for success and handoff to other parts of our customer teams once set up.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project experience working with financial systems implementations.
- Experience in SaaS and in a customer-facing role. Bonus points if youâve worked in the billing, ERP, finance or accounting space.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects.
- Youâre a maestro when it comes to client and project management â super-organized and time-management is second nature to you; so are project management tools. This is important as youâll need to context-shift and pivot esp. when working on several projects and priorities at the same time.
- You donât shy away from detective work and problem solving (even when the answer isnât obvious); finding solutions to problems excite you and youâre comfortable with the unknown and ambiguous.
- Youâre resourceful, resilient and proactive in your approach to managing internal and external stakeholders â flexible and a collaborator committed to the success of the entire team.
- Youâre savvy and nimble, quick to catch onto new tech and systems, juggling both the needs of our customers and our products and services.
- Youâre comfortable in front of execs and external teams, whether youâre delivering a presentation over video or on a call. Ultimately being able to build relationships (and rapport) quickly, and inform, influence and impact across all levels of their organizations (Director, VP, C-Suite)
- Youâre not afraid of challenging situations
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheets, Jira and Harvest are beneficial, as well as web technologies, system integration, API concepts and systems interoperability.
- PMP or other project management certification is desirable.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
