Summary

The job is for a fully remote Customer Service Representative position with a music streaming service partnered with ModSquad. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Spanish and English. The work requires 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period and 25 hours per week afterwards, with some hours on Saturday and/or Sunday.
