Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce), with strong skills in managing workflows, campaigns, and reporting
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights for continuous optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach to driving results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across channels such as email, Pay-per-click (PPC), content syndication, and webinars to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and revenue development reps (RDRs) to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead quality, and inbound qualification
  • Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs using marketing automation tools, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to sales teams
  • Track and report campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as lead conversion rates, engagement, pipeline impact, and return on investment (ROI) to optimize strategies
  • Partner with product marketing and content teams to craft compelling messaging and content for demand-generation efforts
  • Manage budget allocation for demand generation activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI
  • Maintain strong communication with RDRs to ensure they are equipped with the necessary materials and strategies to support inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Adjust marketing efforts in real-time based on sales targets, BDR initiatives, and overall market dynamics
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage campaigns, ensure data accuracy, and create reliable reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel demand generation activities with high-quality content, email, and event-driven campaigns that address target audience needs
  • Continuously refine and optimize demand generation tactics based on data insights and emerging best practices in B2B SaaS marketing
