Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to attract and convert high-value investment leads
• Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective investors from targeted sectors
• Conduct comprehensive outreach, including proactive cold calls, to generate qualified leads
• Coordinate closely with the Investment Development team to advance leads
• Engage with senior decision-makers within key markets to foster new investment relationships
• Host introductory meetings with potential investors to explore mutual opportunities
• Manage strategic DMC meetings and coordinate in-market trips
• Develop and manage team budgets, scheduling, and operational plans
• Formulate strategic partnerships to amplify investment referrals
• Identify new opportunities to support ecosystem growth within priority sectors
• Represent Bahrain as an attractive investment location through targeted activities
• Deliver detailed reporting and analytics on market trends and investment outcomes
• Implement marketing and communication plans specifically for deal generation
• Conduct investor qualification assessments and due diligence on potential partners
• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging trends
