Requirements

• Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
• Must have state residency in Arkansas
• Must have personal drive and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide FREE self-paced training courses at home
• Offer comprehensive career development services, including resume critiques and interview coaching
• Reduce barriers and provide support to ensure equal opportunities for success
