Requirements

• Last year student, or a graduate from Communications, Business Administration, Management or a similar field
• Collaborate effectively with team members using your strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Expertise in using AI tools for research and idea generation
• Ability to analyze and compare processes against industry standards or best practices
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations

Responsibilities

• Create and write process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles
• Actively use AI tools to search for ideas when writing processes
• Regularly review and update processes to ensure they remain effective
• Compare existing processes to industry standards or best practices to find opportunities for improvement
• Propose new process designs or improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Periodically audit processes to ensure they meet compliance standards and identify potential areas for improvement
• Assist the team leader or manager with upcoming projects
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Experience in implementing processes is a plus, but not required
