- Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
- A big thinker, someone who can brainstorm and develop out of the box ideas to drive success
- Ability to move fast and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in B2B marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth through our partnerships
- Prioritize and tier partner marketing efforts across the landscape of cloud partners, managed service providers, technology integrators, VARs, and more
- Forge strong relationships with partner marketing peer counterparts in partner organizations
- Build joint go-to-market campaigns and events with key partners, establishing an ongoing execution and reporting cadence
- Effectively track and report on partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline to help understand ROI and prioritize efforts
- Create and implement co-marketing programs, campaigns, events, and promotions that leverage partner strengths and expand market reach
- Work closely with the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to help execute partner events, webinars, and other joint marketing activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions, messaging, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences and drive partner engagement
- Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
