Summary

Join our team as a Program Delivery Lead to onboard Evidation customers and oversee the delivery of technology-enabled clinical research studies and health programs. You will be responsible for gathering program requirements, developing high trust relationships with clients, and bringing rigor and creativity to cross-functional planning and coordination processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in a healthcare or technology related-discipline)
  • 12+ years of project management, operations, account management, consulting, or related experience in a healthcare, pharma, or digital health setting
  • Startup experience (preferred)
  • Client-facing experience working with partners and/or customers on the execution of clinical research studies and platform implementation projects
  • Experience in cultivating strong C-suite relationships, presenting key project insights and strategic recommendations to support alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making
  • Technical-focused program management experience leading cross-functional teams in SaaS/software development and/or deployment
  • Program management training and/or certifications
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, StreamSets; Apache Spark; AWS products such as S3, EMR, Kinesis), data integration methods (e.g. sFTP, APIs), and analytics tools (e.g. R, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks)
  • Master’s degree or PhD (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage program risks, resolve conflicts, and make informed trade-offs between budget, timelines, scope, and client satisfaction
  • Be accountable for team adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives, while creating and maintaining essential project documentation
  • Gather and document client requirements, translate business objectives into actionable program requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific issues
  • Steward project and portfolio finances via oversight of financial planning, tracking, and reporting for projects to ensure alignment with budget, revenue, and margin goals
