Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound leads via phone, email, or text, answering questions and scheduling tours
• Promote the building’s features, sell the community benefits, and deliver excellent customer service to prospective tenants
• Guide leads through the leasing process, from initial contact to final paperwork
• Maintain a strong understanding of U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
