Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in both strategy and execution
  • Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally at the Series A+ stage
  • Leadership experience, particularly in building and managing a marketing team from scratch
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the marketing department, establishing best practices and processes while being directly involved in executing key marketing activities
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Burq’s growth objectives
  • Oversee a complete revamp of the company website to enhance user experience and brand messaging
  • Drive product marketing efforts, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to target audiences
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to engage with our community and industry stakeholders
  • Develop compelling content for webinars, blogs, and other marketing collateral to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and other events that position Burq as a leader in the industry
  • Represent Burq at conferences and events to build industry relationships and enhance brand visibility
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence
  • Utilize analytics to drive marketing strategies and optimize performance
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Marketing Manager

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong hands-on approach to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Leadership: Develop and lead the marketing department, establishing best practices and processes while being directly involved in executing key marketing activities.

  • Brand Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Burq’s growth objectives.

  • Website Management: Oversee a complete revamp of the company website to enhance user experience and brand messaging.
