Summary
Join us as we empower the restaurant community to delight guests, do what they love, and thrive. The Marketing Operations team plays a key role in Toastβs Go-to-Market Strategy. The Manager, Marketing Operations will partner with the Customer Marketing team to deliver programs that enhance the customer experience after a customer purchases Toast.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations or demand generation
- 4+ years of experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms. Marketo & Braze certification preferred
- Experience using other marketing and sales technologies (ex. Salesforce, Pendo, Chili Piper) project management tools (ex. Asana, JIRA, Workfront)
- Experience developing marketing campaigns leveraging real time behavioral product data
- Experience with communications consent operations and preference management
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with strong communication skills, priority-setting capability
- Proficiency with system integration principles, experience troubleshooting points of system and process failure
- Curious and detail oriented; enjoys working with data and new technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; works well under deadlines
- Approaches work as an accountable stakeholder with empathy and understanding for colleagues and target audiences
Responsibilities
- Own campaign execution across email, in-app messaging, sms and digital assets for customer lifecycle and customer growth initiatives
- Identify and solution for campaign optimization opportunities to help drive system and program efficiencies
- Troubleshoot and QA campaigns for data issues, segmentation, deliverability, workflows and other marketing operations functions
- Drive and collaborate on project planning, scoping, prioritization, progress updates; this person really shines as a cross-functional connection point; bringing teams together and improving alignment across initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training to increase technology adoption, software acumen and adherence to operational processes for marketers
- Become an expert in Toastβs Marketing technology stack; identifying improvement areas and assisting with operational program development, troubleshooting and QA
- Support the creation, maintenance, and adherence to customer communications governance
