Join Bitso as a Marketing Sales Enablement Specialist and bridge the gap between Marketing and Business Development Representatives to drive demand and accelerate sales. Create automated processes within CRM systems, conduct competitive analysis, market trend analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experienced in generating and managing a lead pipeline
- Skilled in CRM systems, capable of building automation processes to support lead generation, tracking, and nurturing
- Data-driven and able to analyze lead performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity
- Previous experience in sales enablement, or similar roles, preferably in technology or payments companies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and sales to build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
- Design and implement CRM automation to streamline lead management, tracking, and follow-up
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, optimize lead sources, and report on lead quality and conversion rates
- Create and maintain sales materials, such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and sales scripts
- Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's messaging and market positioning
- Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to keep the sales team updated on best pitches, practices, and new tools
