Requirements

• Experienced in generating and managing a lead pipeline
• Skilled in CRM systems, capable of building automation processes to support lead generation, tracking, and nurturing
• Data-driven and able to analyze lead performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity
• Previous experience in sales enablement, or similar roles, preferably in technology or payments companies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and sales to build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
• Design and implement CRM automation to streamline lead management, tracking, and follow-up
• Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, optimize lead sources, and report on lead quality and conversion rates
• Create and maintain sales materials, such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and sales scripts
• Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's messaging and market positioning
• Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to keep the sales team updated on best pitches, practices, and new tools
