Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales conversions
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies through email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other channels using HubSpot tools
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, track leads, and ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and features to maximize usage across the organization
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message
