Requirements

- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing while using Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales conversions
- Implement effective lead generation strategies through email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other channels using HubSpot tools
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, track leads, and ensure a seamless handoff from marketing to sales
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and features to maximize usage across the organization
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message
