Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain operational data to track performance metrics
  • Assist in identifying operational challenges and developing solutions
  • Assist in identifying and resolving SAP-related issues
  • Create and update part numbers, bills of material and production models based on established conventions
  • Manage changes related to product descriptions, case packs, and other material attributes
  • Enter and track movement of goods between locations
  • Create virtual transfers of components from manufacturer warehouses for incoming goods on Production Orders
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

the job:

The Operations Coordinator play a vital role in supporting the operational activities of our organization. They will assist in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

location: remote. (must be based in the US)

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + benefits

what you’ll do:
