Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, and Cisco Webex

Responsibilities

  • Assess employers’ organizational needs and analyze their workforce challenges related to workplace stressors and design responsive solutions
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships to establish and maintain alignment and value delivery throughout the lifecycle of a consultation project
  • Design surveys and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for the client that yield to improved employee well-being and business outcomes
  • Lead, develop and present proposals for business development activities
  • Independently curate high-quality source material and create educational content for a variety of formats and channels
