Summary
Join our team as an External Sales Specialist for the Brazilian maritime market and promote and sell valves and related services to equipment manufacturers, shipyards, and other marine businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and direct potential clients, including shipyards, boat manufacturers, marine service providers, and other marine businesses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities
- Promote marine products and services, including engines, navigation systems, safety equipment, and other hardware
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Offer technical advice and solutions to clients, helping them select the right products for their needs
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve client queries or issues
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals effectively
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to headquarters
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
