Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales with a proven sales record
- Fluency in written and spoken English (UK or US English)
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of business growth and sales processes and methodologies
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Positive attitude: optimistic approach, always seeking solutions and focusing on progress
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take ownership of tasks
- Quick learner, comfortable in new environments
- Creative thinking, ability to think outside the box and take proactive approaches
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Business Development Specialists to identify and nurture sales opportunities (communicating with clients, preparing agreements, updating deals in CRM)
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the first point of contact with prospects
- Schedule meetings for Senior Business Development Specialists
- Conduct meetings with your own leads and handle email correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure a streamlined sales process, including handling research and documentation tasks
- Support the Business Development Department with internal tasks such as preparing presentations, conducting research, creating spreadsheets, and documenting team processes
- Actively participate in regular team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Communications or a related field
- Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
