Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales with a proven sales record
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (UK or US English)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of business growth and sales processes and methodologies

  • Positive attitude: optimistic approach, always seeking solutions and focusing on progress
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take ownership of tasks
  • Quick learner, comfortable in new environments
  • Creative thinking, ability to think outside the box and take proactive approaches

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Business Development Specialists to identify and nurture sales opportunities (communicating with clients, preparing agreements, updating deals in CRM)
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the first point of contact with prospects
  • Schedule meetings for Senior Business Development Specialists
  • Conduct meetings with your own leads and handle email correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure a streamlined sales process, including handling research and documentation tasks
  • Support the Business Development Department with internal tasks such as preparing presentations, conducting research, creating spreadsheets, and documenting team processes
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications or a related field
  • Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot

What You Will Do:
