Remote Paid Marketing Lead

Summary

Join our startup as a Poland Marketing Lead to help lead paid marketing operations in Poland, leveraging your bilingual English/Polish skills and experience in building and running paid media campaigns.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Polish & English): You are a fluent speaker of both Polish and English
• Experience: 2+ years of experience building and running paid media campaigns is required
• Communication: You’re an expert communicator and conversationalist. Being able to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships is a must in both Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing Team
• Scale Paid Social: support the Poland General Manager through optimization and scaling of our current Paid Social (Facebook and TikTok)
• Expand Paid Search: lead and manage Google and Apple Search efforts to optimize our current framework and find new methods and tests to drive better efficiency and more scale
• Manage Creative Pipeline: manage our library of influencer-created content and user-generated content (UGC) to generate good ad creative and to solve our users' pain points across our acquisition channels
• Expand Paid Display Platforms: lead and manage display platforms like programmatic DSPs and campaigns in Google Ads to optimize our current framework and find new methods and tests to drive better efficiency and more scale
• Channel Diversification: test new channels, avenues, and strategies to grow Hallow and our user acquisition efforts
