Join our team as a Search Marketing Lead to work closely with our cross-functional team, grow paid search accounts, and find new approaches to scaling and automating efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on all paid search strategy and execution efforts for all clients
  • Paid Search Performance: Hit monthly targets given by the client
  • Account Structure: Set up accounts to maximize control and performance and allow for continual growth
  • Ad Testing: Run ad testing, discover improvements to drive increased business results, and get statistical results
  • Auditing: Analyze potential clients' paid search accounts, iterate on analysis framework, and define best in class
  • Budgeting & Bidding Strategies: Optimize strategies to allocate budgets and bids across client's paid search accounts
  • Keyword Discovery: Build always-on process for identifying new search terms to target that is profitable for the business
  • Landing Pages: Advise clients and VP of Analytics/Engineering on new opportunities for landing pages supported by data, run A/B tests to measure results
  • Search Term Contamination: Ensure proper pairing of ads and landing page to each search query, prevent overlap of search terms across accounts
  • Incrementality: Measure incremental uplift of paid search efforts to understand if they are driving net new transactions for the client's business
  • Audience Management: Ensure serving ads to appropriate audiences based on client's products and services, performance
  • Google Shopping: Deploy effective Shopping campaigns, structures, and priority levels relative to a client's search campaigns
  • Performance Analysis: Build narrative using client and paid search data to explain changes in program performance
  • Experimentation: Design advanced experiments, including locations, dynamic search ads, innovative, and performance max campaigns
  • Events Strategy: Identify appropriate events and metadata to be sent to Paid Search platforms for optimization and analysis
  • Roadmapping: Prioritize and size new initiatives, both large and small in terms of priority for each client, support logic with available data to convince clients
