Requirements

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience – creator / influencer marketing and ecommerce are pluses
• Deep knowledge of and passion for social media marketing (Instagram, Amazon Live, TikTok, and YouTube) and loves working with content creators
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of independence and ability to manage multiple projects
• A mixture of creative qualitative and analytical quantitative thinking
• Advanced excel skills and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations, or a related field from an accredited university

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and execute paid marketing campaigns with influencers from start to finish owning the entire process for the brands
• Forecasting revenue and profit for the team and optimizing campaigns
• Overseeing business and content strategy across our influencer partnerships
• Leading growth efforts across influencer affiliate and paid marketing campaigns
• Building monthly campaign strategies to highlight Thrasio’s brands to external partners
• Creating monthly business reports (MBR) to evaluate external partners and present findings to leadership and brand team members
• Managing the execution of campaign operations, analyze performance and scale influencer partnership opportunities
• Continuously improving performance tracking and reporting processes; partner with finance to monitor team’s revenue and profit contribution
• Managing agencies and vendors engaged to help with campaign development and execution
