Requirements

  • 1-3 years' hands-on experience working with Telco Channel Partners
  • 5 years' experience working across global markets, including APAC and the US
  • Proven experience in executing sales enablement and campaigns within IT and Telecommunications companies targeted at Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multi-organizational and multi-functional program management
  • Strong communication skills, including effective written and verbal presentation skills
  • Based out of Hammersmith, London office and willing to work from office weekly

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner enablement and marketing relationships and programs for successful channel sales
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with partners to support marketing awareness and demand, as well as sales and training enablement
  • Create and manage tools, activities, and content to support partner marketing and enablement
  • Provide enablement for Aeris Channel Sales team to successfully bring products and services to market with partners and enterprise customers
  • Partner with the Aeris Training and Marketing team to create and implement content programs focused on building consideration among Channel Partners and Enterprises, driving increased pipeline and accelerated commercial success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German, French, Japanese or Chinese as a second language
  • Previous experience within a CSP/Telco in Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
  • Experience in social and digital marketing
  • Sales enablement and partner program automation experience including proficiency in SharePoint, Highspot, and/or Salesforce
