Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, implementation management, or operations, preferably in a virtual healthcare or mental health setting
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive successful cross-functional initiatives
  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy, process improvements, and business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to executive stakeholders and diverse teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.) and contractual frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end process of integrating new partners (payers, healthcare providers, and third-party platforms) into our virtual care ecosystem
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans for new partnership implementations, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding and integration processes to optimize efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among internal teams (Clinical, Operations, Growth & Marketing, People, Product Development)
  • Manage all operational components of ongoing partnerships including referral pathways, satisfaction, reporting and quarterly/annual presentations
  • Work with internal teams to develop and deliver training materials and resources that enable partners to effectively engage with our systems and services
  • Ensure that all partnerships comply with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess partnership performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and partner collaboration
