Summary

Requirements

  • 2+ years previous BD, Partnerships, Sales, IR or other relevant experience
  • Crypto native - detailed knowledge of the landscape, experience working in the industry in at least one previous role
  • Proactive - take initiative in leading conversations, workflows, identifying next steps, anticipating future roadblocks to keep things moving
  • Solutions oriented - ability to take context + goal the create and execute a plan, take challenges and craft solutions not complain/blame/make it someone else’s job
  • Likable - good energy, low ego, able to win over clients, internal teams, partners so everyone wants to work with you

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of client projects
  • From initial strategy development through execution, PMs need to own client work streams including all communications with clients, internal teams, and third parties as well as conduct the needed project management and negotiations to deliver Partnerships department services
  • Building relationships with clients, deeply understanding their projects to craft partnerships strategies that help them grow
  • Implementing those strategies from developing target lists + doing any outreach needed, making connections in TG, facilitating conversations to get them to conclusions
  • Managing those conversations to keep them moving and up to date across clients and teams - clients, internal teams, partners
  • Utilizing a variety of tools and processes to manage projects, contacts, and results reporting
