Requirements
- Ability to work within a distributed team in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding of service orientation
- Some experience working in a people centric role, or an interest in pursuing a career within People Operations
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute People Operations processes, policies and programs with a focus on a best-in-class employee experience and data integrity
- Review records for data integrity in support of employee transactions
- Serve as the first line of contact for employees with questions regarding People Operations processes
