Remote People Partner - Tech

Summary

Join us in making the healthcare experience more human by partnering with our leadership on all people-related topics as a HRBP for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner.

Requirements

• Significant experience with Human Resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management, compensation, etc)
• Depth of experience as HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) including Organizational Development, Change Management and Talent Management
• Numbers and data oriented
• Advanced English speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical business areas including Product and Engineering teams
• Partner, advice & coach leaders at all levels on day-to-day management issues
• Contribute to developing our Talent strategy
• Lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development
• Participating in core PX global projects and initiatives coming from the specialist areas
• Manage end to end the people process within your areas of responsibility
• Support employees with daily inquiries from their onboarding to the offboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Engineering teams is a plus
• Experience working and labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany or Italy is a plus
• Spanish or polish speaking skills are a plus
