Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing / sales function
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with service line / portfolio marketing and B2B marketing experience
  • Experience developing service-based value propositions and taking them to market

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner to global service line leads, building and executing go-to-market strategy
  • Develop customer-centric marketing strategies to achieve agreed KPIs and goals
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Service Line Leads, product managers, and Global Campaign Center
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
  • Collaborate with Insights team to conduct market research and provide valuable insights for product positioning and strategy
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels
  • Develop tools, materials, and training programs to empower Demand colleagues and CLTs to understand and communicate the value of our services and solutions
  • Raise awareness of service line offerings across multiple channels
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing channels and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
