Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in the enterprise software space (cloud, data infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of either mobile development or cloud platforms, databases, and data analytics technologies
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to enterprise customers
  • Experience leading technical discussions and facilitating proof of concept (PoC) evaluations with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, effective way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep technical knowledge of Ditto’s platform during sales engagements, showcasing how the solution solves real-world problems for enterprise customers
  • Partner with sales to lead discovery sessions with prospects, understanding their technical and business challenges to offer tailored solutions
  • Work with customers to design solution architectures and lead PoC deployments that clearly demonstrate the value of our technology
  • Create and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to customers, addressing both technical and business use cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling content that resonates with customer requirements
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, influencing key decision-makers by explaining complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and market trends, helping shape the future of our product roadmap
  • Assist the sales team with technical insights, addressing technical objections, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process
