Responsibilities

  • Experience in managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction goals
  • Develops and executes strategic partner plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
  • Monitors partner performance metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Negotiates and manages partner contracts and agreements

  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
