- Builds trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively listens to understand the needs and perspectives of others
Responsibilities
- Experience in managing a portfolio of partners to achieve product objectives, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction goals
- Develops and executes strategic partner plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
- Monitors partner performance metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Negotiates and manages partner contracts and agreements

- Cash compensation range: 150000-240000 USD Annually

- The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
- In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
