Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally at another tech startup with a thriving developer community
• Passion for social media and the latest trends
• Strong track record of creating product marketing plans encompassing strategy, client research, competitive analysis, and messaging
• Ability to research and understand a complex technical product or feature and translate it into marketing campaigns that are relatable and engaging to the target audience
• Highly organized, can multitask, and work across multiple teams
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Any technical background is a big plus, either in formal third-level education or in the trenches of another tech company

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy for our social media Actors
• Understand the needs of current and future customers and prepare tailored product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral
• Develop and lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
• Measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the team responsible for developing and maintaining our social media Actors, develop compelling marketing collateral, and influence the future product roadmap
• Identify industry trends and monitor competing products to come up with new hypotheses and recommendations for future growth
• Keep our marketing team up to date on the latest social media trends and make sure we also use our own tools
