Remote Product Operations Manager

Summary

Join our team at Vanta as a Product Operations Manager and partner with various functions to prioritize, build, and deliver mission-critical programs. As a key member of the team, you will own and drive our feedback system, build product launch plans, optimize processes, and make strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product or business operations, or related roles in a high-growth and complex environment
• Ability to bring clarity to complex areas of collaboration at the company level
• Is metrics and data-driven and has a commercially minded approach when solving problems
• Has strong business acumen, allowing you to make strategic business decisions that drive the business forward
• Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders
• Is a strong decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from driving the execution of a product launch to developing our long-term product operations strategy

Responsibilities

• Own and drive our feedback system to ensure we can turn feedback into insights and action
• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans. Partner with EPD and GTM teams to track execution, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Optimize processes, systems, and tools, allowing teams to work more effectively and better leverage how we work
