Summary

Join Telix Pharmaceuticals as a Project Manager to support the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and help advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products. As a critical role in supporting project planning, execution, and closure, you will manage all aspects of product development plans, maintain internal project management tools, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor’s or above) in science or life sciences required
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including for products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 2-3) required
  • 2+ years of project and financial management experience required
  • Moderate level of project management execution experience with multiple projects
  • Experience leading sub-teams, managing and coordinating multiple tasks and functional areas
  • Expertise in at least two pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development)
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
  • Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and data integrity. Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting
  • Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, and manufacturing to achieve project goals
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Quantify cost and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity
  • Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the organization. Implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Manage cross-functional reporting relationships to ensure traceability of project data and alignment with other systems in the organization. Ensure consistency and accessibility of data for key stakeholders
