Remote Provider Sales and Success Associate

Summary

Join Empassion, a hybrid remote/in-person company, as a Provider Sales & Success Associate to grow our palliative care and hospice provider network across key markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare/provider facing sales and/or account management, preferably at a startup or a high growth company
• Excellent communication, expectation setting, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce to manage and track pipeline activities

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with palliative care and hospice care provider groups to grow our provider network across key markets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets to expand our provider network
• Identify and prioritize key stakeholders within healthcare organizations, including executives, administrators, and clinical leaders
• Track and report on sales pipeline metrics
• Cultivate relationships to address needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to drive performance of palliative and hospice care providers
