Recruiting Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of leading Recruitment team of at least 5 people
• 5+ years IT or non IT recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and non IT roles
• Experience of working with modern ATS systems
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates and other automations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
• Ability to lead the team with efficiency
• Ability to work in dynamic environment with full capacity
• Willingness to go beyond the required and strive for the goals and KPI

Responsibilities

• Manage small team of Recruiters and Talent Sources
• Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
• Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
• Communicate and be a focal point for the several worldwide clients
• Constantly Improve Efficiency of the team with data driven approach
• Prepare and analyse reports of team performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a scaling tech organization
• Strong communication in Russian, German or other language
