Join JobRack, a rapidly growing, fully remote recruitment business, as a Recruitment Partner! You will play a crucial role in attracting top-tier technical and non-technical candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ($2,500-$3,000 monthly), flexible hours (within a core CET timeframe), and 20 days of paid time off (increasing to 25 after one year). You'll work with a friendly, supportive team and have opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate possesses extensive full-cycle recruitment experience, international recruitment experience, and exceptional client service skills. No sales are required; your focus will be on recruiting.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist
- International recruitment experience ideally gained in a recruitment agency or RPO
- Experience with conducting effective interviews of both technical and non-technical roles
- Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service
- Experience with any ATS and candidate database
Responsibilities
- Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for diverse roles β efficiently and within deadlines
- Own the end-to-end process of client engagements, ensuring clients have an experience theyβll rave about!
- Conduct High-Touch Interviews to determine the perfect fit for each candidate
- Proactively engage with candidates (schedule interviews, send tasks, clarify applications, share feedback) to keep them excited and informed every step of the way
- Develop and present highly qualified candidates, giving clients confidence in their hiring decisions
- Drive strategies, measure performance, and deliver results with accountability and pride
- Partner closely with business owners to gain valuable insights and references

- High sense of urgency, happy to meet recruiter KPIs: quality of candidates, quantity of candidates and speed of hire
- Client-focused: understands they work for the client when sourcing/screening for a role
