Requirements

• Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist
• International recruitment experience ideally gained in a recruitment agency or RPO
• Experience with conducting interviews of both technical and non-technical roles
• Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service
• Experience with any ATS and candidate database

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Magnet: Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for diverse roles — efficiently and within deadlines
• Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end process, ensuring clients have an experience they’ll rave about!
• Conduct High-Touch Interviews: Get to the heart of what makes each candidate the perfect fit
• Stay Connected: Proactively engage with candidates (schedule interviews, send tasks, clarify applications, share feedback) to keep them excited and informed every step of the way
• Build Talent Shortlists: Develop and present highly qualified candidates, giving clients confidence in their hiring decisions
• Own Your Roles: Drive strategies, measure performance, and deliver results with accountability and pride
• Build Relationships: Partner closely with business owners to gain valuable insights and references
