Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related industry
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage Renewal Pipeline: Oversee the contract renewal process from start to finish, ensuring timely renewals and minimising customer churn
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that align with their goals
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services during the renewal process
• Retention Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including personalized outreach and customised renewal packages
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure seamless contract renewals and accurate forecasting
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities, customer interactions, and contract details in the CRM system
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on renewal performance, customer feedback, and retention metrics to management
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met throughout the renewal process
