Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
• Experience working in a high-growth environment, particularly in fintech or SaaS
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
• Analytical mindset with experience in developing reports and dashboards to track revenue performance
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle
• Align GTM goals with the company’s overall revenue objectives. Partner with sales leadership to design sales targets, commission plans, customer success metrics, and implement guardrails for deal terms and management
• Create and refine workflows for seamless processes between sales, marketing, and customer success. Identify bottlenecks in current processes and recommend and implement improvements
• Own and drive HubSpot effectiveness by ensuring accurate data inputs and generating actionable outputs that are easily understood by GTM teams
