Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements and revenue-generating strategies in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth Saas-like business model
  • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in business administration, technology management, engineering or similar
  • Have proficiency working with CRMs such as HubSpot in an admin and developer role
  • Have expertise in working with automation systems, such as Make (formerly Integromat) or Zapier and integrating systems directly or via APIs
  • Be proficient in financial and revenue modelling, sales approaches, metrics, and reporting
  • Be passionate about tech and business and have an insatiable curiosity
  • Be fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Bring efficiency to all our growth units by delivering better automations and tooling
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance the productivity of our customer-facing units
  • System Administration: optimize and automate our CRMs and other systems while exploring new tools
  • Oversee the technology stack outside of CRM, including tools such as data enrichment and calling tools
  • Design and implement sales processes across the whole sales funnel, partnering with technical teams to deliver complete products
  • Be a critical partner for key projects and transformations of our existing business units
