Requirements

• Excellent sales drive and communication skills
• Understanding and empathising with clients' perspectives to build a positive impression from the start
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to confidently communicate in both English and German (Swiss German preferred)
• Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
• Willingness to learn, adapt and win
• Ability to switch between tasks throughout the day to avoid blockers
• Solution-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Be there - Make the immediate and initial contact with incoming leads by email or phone
• Desk work - Efficiently process incoming leads, ensuring accurate documentation and entry into CRM systems. Track lead and deal progression through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement
• Be helpful - Assist with ad-hoc sales tasks, including preparing proposal documents, presentations, and contracts
