Summary
Join Calendly's People team as a People Operations Administrator and contribute your organizational and communication skills to support the company's HR functions. You will be the primary point of contact for the company People inbox and People Help Center, providing administrative support to the People Operations team. Responsibilities include managing HR inquiries, processing Workday transactions, conducting HRIS data audits, and handling various administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee records. This role requires 2-3+ years of experience in HR or a related field and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR advanced degree without experience OR equivalent work experience
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
Responsibilities
- Answer, action, and/or route inquiries from the companyβs main HR inbox and People Help Center tickets
- Enter a high volume of Workday transactions
- Design and run Workday reports and analytics
- Perform HRIS data integrity audits
- Serve as an administrator and assist in optimizing processes for people tech systems
- Handle people operations administrative projects and audits (such as employee file audits, I-9 audits, and other admin-related projects)
- Perform daily administrative duties to support the People Operations team, including I-9s, onboarding and offboarding support, creating severances, managing files, file merges, filling out unemployment claims, completing verifications of employment, and more
- Complete other duties as assigned, including stop-drop-and-roll tasks and projects
- Train with People Ops peers and provide backup coverage as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with V-lookups and mail merges
- Positive βcan-doβ attitude; ability to ask for help when needed; willingness to learn
