Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within marketing or sales administration
- CRM Proficiency: Prior experience with CRM systems is beneficial; training on HubSpot will be provided
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and track lead interactions effectively
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills
- Sales Deck & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with sales decks or marketing teams is a plus; enthusiasm for marketing is essential
- Client-Facing Comfort: Comfort with client-facing communication and professional interactions
- Growth Mindset: Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing into a more sales-oriented role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure internal deadlines are met and provide support for upcoming client meetings
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups
- Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead
- Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients
- Manage and move deals through the CRM system. Training on HubSpot will be provided
- Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions
