  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and track lead interactions effectively
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Sales Deck & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with sales decks or marketing teams is a plus; enthusiasm for marketing is essential
  • Client-Facing Comfort: Comfort with client-facing communication and professional interactions
  • Growth Mindset: Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing into a more sales-oriented role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure internal deadlines are met and provide support for upcoming client meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups
  • Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients
  • Manage and move deals through the CRM system. Training on HubSpot will be provided
  • Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions
