Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • The ability to demonstrate the features of the Nx software
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g. Google Teams, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to contribute to projects or tasks outside of core responsibilities
  • Thoughtfulness

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage leads coming into Hubspot for North America, decide which should go to existing partners and which should be handed to the internal Business Development team
  • Participate in sales and discovery meetings with existing and prospective customers, prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Support the development of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Manage communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
  • Give demonstrations and overviews of the Nx Witness software
  • Assist the sales and the business development teams in other daily administrative tasks and sales activities

Technical skills necessary to install and set up Nx witness instance
