Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in a junior sales or account management role
  • An eye for elevated design, thoughtful formatting, and proficiency with Canva or a similar design tool
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Slides)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential (HubSpot would be highly advantageous)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Ambitious, resourceful, and self-directed; ability to thrive in a fully remote team environment
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Craft persuasive proposals based on specific customer needs and preferences, customizing them to address pain points and demonstrate the value proposition
  • Assist with the contracting process, including drafting initial contracts, sending via DocuSign, and submitting signed agreements to the Operations Department
  • Design and implement visually appealing and professional sales material using Canva (or similar tools) that showcase an eye for design and attention to detail
  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to maintain up-to-date customer records, track sales activities, and leverage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support the Business Development team with prospecting and creative lead generation, while managing the outbound sales agency to ensure campaigns are effective and timely
  • Support building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers while collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams post-sale to ensure a seamless customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature software is a plus
  • Knowledge of PandaDoc or similar proposal software is advantageous
  • Knowledge or prior experience with AirTable is a nice-to-have
