Summary
Join our ambitious adventure as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Agicap, where you'll source and generate maximum sales opportunities for the Sales team by qualifying prospects that fit Agicap's target criteria.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact key stakeholders remotely to gather relevant information via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Autonomously reach out and call prospects, demonstrating creativity or utilizing marketing-provided lists
- Build a strong network of ambassadors to facilitate access to the right contacts
- Understand and identify cash flow challenges of prospects (CEOs, CFOs of SMEs)
- Engage in dialogue to uncover and identify their primary pain points
- Analyze prospect needs to develop concrete use cases for the solution
- Generate qualified appointments (software demonstrations over the phone) for Account Executives
- Monitor and report your performance through weekly reports
- Provide feedback to the team to enhance processes and the product
- Share your sales expertise and ideas to improve team performance
