Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and play a critical role in generating new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to our sales funnel.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a persuasive and confident approach
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive on change
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, inbound leads, and outbound outreach (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing CRM tools to track engagement and activities
- Engage with decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Engineering Directors, CIOs) to understand their business needs and introduce them to our AI solutions
- Tailor outreach strategies to each prospectβs industry and use case, positioning the value of CentML in solving specific business challenges
- Assess the potential of leads by asking targeted questions to uncover their business needs, budgets, and timelines
- Stay informed on AI industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate with prospects
- Gather insights from prospects and customers to share with the marketing and product teams for ongoing improvements
